three messages sent, one helpful reply after several days saying it was picked up but no tracking, then eight days later a number that, unsurprisingly, still only read "label created". Today was day twelve. Anyway, they did eventually arrive (so I can actually comment on use) and I was pleasantly surprised — dense, solid feel, they sit nicely in the deck and the airflow is just right. Also, the little extras in the packet (a spare O‑ring — who knew I’d be grateful for that) were an unexpected plus. I’m annoyed at the slow service and the stress over nearly £100, would probably not order like this again, but the coils themselves are decent.
Not California, but the refund helped
I was at my kitchen table with a cuppa, kinda hoping this would be a quick fix. The listing shouted California but the more I scrolled it looked off. I needed a spare for my everyday kit, something I use on commutes and at work. So I bought it, though I had doubts about the location. Those doubts grew when the payment hit my card as yyjoshop Hong Kong Chi. I braced for the worst — long waits, no replies. To my surprise they refunded the money in about four or five days. That's a proper relief and shows their customer side works, so I can't knock that. But I'm still annoyed they led with California. I didn't want something that would take weeks from China. In the end I didn't get to use the item, so I can't rate the product itself, but the refund sorted me out and saved a headache. If you live near China it's fine. If you want fast delivery, look elsewhere. Bit of a mixed bag, really.
Small but solid

Vapour is smooth and the flavours are surprisingly clear, with a decent throat hit so it actually feels satisfying. I reach for it daily — on my commute, at lunch, during dog walks — it’s light and pocketable. First delivery was damaged and that dragged things out to about three weeks, but they re‑sent the order quickly and kept me updated, which made a big difference. Prices are very competitive.
