Loose stone, not impressed

Trouble is, the size was nothing like the photos; they're much bigger. Worse, nowhere on the site did they flag the items ship from Thailand. That matters because returns mean you have to post them back overseas and the postage costs wipe out any refund benefit. Delivery also took longer than I expected. I thought customer service might help with a pre-paid return or exchange, but responses were slow and the options limited. So I'm stuck with a pair I won't wear. If you see something you like, check measurements and be ready to keep it. Bit disappointing, because the product itself is good.
Unexpectedly perfect ruby ring
a ring box with a little LED light that actually makes the garnet pop when you open it, and that box sat inside a complimentary jewellery box. There were even matching garnet and silver studs tucked in, which was a lovely surprise. On the finger the ring sits really nicely, comfortable, not too fussy but proper classy — my wife keeps looking at it and smiling. Customer service replied quickly to my emails too. All in all, a great find and we’ll be going back.
40th anniversary ring
I was trying to find a ring for my wife for our 40th wedding anniversary. I came across this really nice one online and I was a bit worried about buying it without seeing it first. But, you know what, the ring was even better in person than it looked in the pictures! The staff at the store were really helpful and answered all my questions. Ring repair request
I noticed a stone missing from my ring so I contacted the company for a replacement. The staff, especially Nash Jones, was absolutely fantastic and really went out of their way to help me. They not only agreed to replace the stone for free but also took the trouble to clean my ring before sending it back. Their customer service was really top-notch, with fast replies and great communication the whole way through. I can't praise enough how much they cared and paid attention to every little detail.
Necklaces purchase
I was a bit unsure at first due to some iffy reviews, but I thought I'd go for it and purchased two gorgeous necklaces. And I'm so pleased that I did!
