I'm really pleased with the ring and the company sorted everything in the end, but it wasn't quite a smooth ride from start to finish. I say that up front because, honestly, that's how it felt — good result, some avoidable bumps. I started looking at their pieces last autumn, after a long search for my partner's engagement ring had finally finished elsewhere. Once that was ticked off, I began hunting for our wedding bands and this design kept pulling me back. It was the only place I could find it exactly like that, and price-wise it was the best deal around, which made me more inclined to go ahead. So I ordered.
I remember unwrapping the first ring at home and thinking, hmm, that's interesting — it didn't look exactly like the photo, but not in a bad way. The picture suggested a hammered finish; in reality it was a hammered effect that'd been cut to resemble hammer marks. At first that made me a bit unsure (I like to be certain about these things), but after a few hours I found myself liking it more and more. It's a bit quirky, very well made, and it feels unique — you can tell someone has taken time over it.
Where things got a bit frustrating was sizing and availability. The Manchester store initially told me the design wasn't on display in London, so I didn't bother going down there to try sizes in person. That was a miscommunication, because later I learned it actually could have been viewed in London. Lesson learnt: if size matters, go and see them. I tried to get my size sorted locally, which turned into a faff (long story), and unsurprisingly the ring arrived too big. Not a disaster, but a pain.
Booking a resizing appointment was straightforward and the staff were helpful — really, they were attentive and fixed the problem. The original ring couldn't just be adjusted, so they remade it from scratch in the correct size. That took a bit of time and, yes, I would have preferred to avoid the back-and-forth, but the remake fitted much better. It's a fraction tight still, but that's by design; we picked a slightly smaller size so it could be stretched a touch if needed, and that's doable.
Price was definitely a draw — cheaper than other places for similar rings — and I appreciated that. Delivery and order processing were easy, despite the hiccup about viewing in store. The only real negatives were the miscommunication about seeing the design in person and the initial sizing muddle, both of which could've been avoided with clearer advice at the start. On balance, though, the quality, the unique look and the way they handled the remake left me satisfied.
Would I recommend them? Yes — cautiously. If you're careful about getting the right size and willing to follow up if something's off, they do a lovely job. Also, if you pop into their London shop, the area is nice enough to make a day of it, which helps. I’ll probably go back if I ever need another piece.Wedding ring purchase

I went to visit different shops in Hatton Garden, but none of them matched the service and quality of this place.
