oh my god the flowers are just beyond beautiful, my wife was pregnant but on her delivery, i was on my business trip and for making her up , i send flowers from here and my wife got too emotional after seeing those flowers. She knows I was so sorry for not being there and the flowers just helped me
I purchased a bouquet of flowers for my daughter’s birthday. They arrived on the date requested. I haven’t seen them, but my daughter has said that they are stunningly beautiful and she is thrilled. I would definitely use again.
I ordered a large bouquet for a special event, next day delivery. They were sent to wrong address. No idea where to locate them and company showed no interest at all to help find them (or to compensate). Terrible service would not recommend them if you need to rely on a safe delivery for an important event. Things go wrong, but no excuse for their complete lack of interest.
AVOID AVOID AVOID £95 spent on flowers and prosecco, to celebrate grandson's birth, after very tricky time. No same day delivery, despite paying for it. Refund promised then taken back. Delivery for Islington sent to 2 incorrect, DIFFERENT addresses, 2 days running, in West London. Phoneline unanswered and msg says voicemail is full. No response emails. PLEASE DO NOT USE APPLEYARD - you will be desperately disappointed
Glaze- I wish I can post a picture...that bad it was
Tesco will be a better option Tesco will be a better option. I embarrassed myself with the flowerrs I sent to my friend, my only gift for her...which got in a terible condition. Braked and just a few flowers ... no conection with what they display in the website. The interesting part came after I contact them...for a week and they didn't let any of my complaints on the website. Someone came back to me after a week offering me a £10 voucher....like I will ever risk to buy from them. Disaster !
Awful service, did not deliver I ordered flowers on the 13 March for delivery on 2 April. I received an email on 1 April saying ‘refund processed’, no explanation. Now it’s too late to order from elsewhere, my friend will now get nothing for her 40th. Awful company, I will never use again. They had ample time to let me know.
I saw some beautiful pick orchids in a shape of a heart. I knew my mum would love them so i order them for Mother's Day. I order them a week ago and my mum did not received them for mother's day. My brother order from the same company from his kids 2 day before mother's day and was getting delivered to the same address as mine and his flowers got there before mine.
I called up customer service to chase this up and was told The reason why mine did not getting delivered is because my flowers was put on the last delivery van and was sent to the wrong depot something like that can't remember what the staff said.
i was put in a situation where i still wanted the flowers but it won't feel like it for mother's day. or get a refund and have no flowers and wait another few days to receive flowers from else where.
In the end i end up choosing to keep the flowers and get my delivery charge refunded to me. not that am happy with the choice but i don't want anymore delays on my order so i stuck with my current order.
