Persian rugs
I recently bought some Persian rugs from this shop and they were just as described - really good quality. The prices were competitive too, so it was definitely worth it for sprucing up my home. Turkish border carpet
I ordered a Turkish border carpet from this company, but they sent me a totally different carpet. I was supposed to get notifications and updates about my order but they didn't keep me informed at all. The courier they used for delivery was really bad and not professional. It was a letdown and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Super nice rug
I bought this really nice rug from this shop and it arrived pretty fast, which was great. But it didn't go with my room, so I tried to return it by sending them three emails. Unfortunately, they never got back to me. It's not fair, now I'm stuck with a rug I can't use. What should I do with it?
