    Nike trainers purchase

    I recently bought a pair of trainers from the website at a discounted price, then got an extra discount and free delivery. Evri delivered them quickly, and they were in perfect condition. They fit me really well, so I'm very happy with my purchase. Big thanks to ASOS for the great service.

    I recently bought a pair of trousers from your shop. Unfortunately, the size I ordered was too big, so I swapped it for a smaller size and returned the larger one. Surprisingly, a few weeks later I got the same trousers back with no warning. When I got in touch with customer service to ask about it, they said they didn't accept the item because it apparently smelled of detergent. I was shocked by this, since the trousers were too loose on me and I even ordered an even smaller size. How could something that barely fit me smell like detergent? I think this explanation is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. That's why I've decided not to shop at your store anymore.

    Cool dress

    I was so looking forward to getting this dress from *store*. It looked really nice online and I was eager to try it on. But when it arrived, it was far too big for me! I tried to send it back, but they didn't send the return label as they should have. When I got in touch a few days later, they said it was too late as returns needed to be done within 14 days. However, their website clearly states you have 28 days for returns! The customer service just brushed it off and said there was nothing they could do. And now I'm left with a dress that doesn't fit me at all, ugh.

    Black jeans with rips

    The black ripped jeans I purchased looked really cool on the website, but when they arrived, the rips were in odd spots and they didn't fit well. I had to return them in the end, which was quite frustrating.

    Recent assistance from customer service

    I got in touch with customer service the other day for help, and I have to admit I was really pleased with how they helped me out. The people I spoke to, Leah and Maicah I think their names were, were so patient and helpful even though I made a few mistakes. They were really professional and quick at sorting out my problem, and it really stuck with me. I've been a customer of this company for a while now, and this experience just made me trust them even more.

    I tried ordering from this company for the first time and honestly, it was a nightmare. The customer service was just terrible. I had a problem with my order, but when I reached out to them, they completely ignored me and didn't even bother listening. It was such a stressful experience, I can't believe it.     I've been a customer at ASOS for a long time now, and I've got to say, I've been really disappointed with the customer service I got recently. They don't really have a good complaints system in place and they rely too much on outsourced live chat agents which just makes it tough to get any problems sorted quickly. I had a late delivery recently and the customer service people I spoke to were no help at all. Adnan wasn't truthful, Ajay didn't seem to know much, and the manager Neha was just completely useless. It's just not right to not make things right for a customer who's been shopping with them for 11 years. From now on, I'll be looking for other places to shop online that really put customer satisfaction first.

    Misleading products, wrong items sent, expensive return fees

    My experience with this online retailer has been really disappointing. The first time I ordered, I didn't get everything I paid for. Then, the next time, I treated myself to a pair of shoes that cost 110 euros, but when they arrived, they were a totally different model. And to make matters worse, when I tried to return the wrong shoes, I found out that DHL would charge me a massive 100 euros. I was so let down by the lack of attention and mistakes with my orders.

I even had to get in touch with their customer service about something and they were so helpful and quick to respond. All in all, I'd say I had a good time shopping with them.

    Inadequate Customer Service Experience

    I've been a loyal customer of this online fashion shop for quite some time, and up until now, I've had mostly good experiences. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me feeling let down and annoyed. I sent back three items on the 16th of May, but I haven't heard anything from the company about my refund. I've tried getting in touch with their customer service, but it's been a real struggle to get any help or answers. I even tried emailing an address I found online, but no luck there either. I'm not giving up though, I'm owed a refund of €89.98 and I expect them to sort this out quickly and properly.

    I bought a pair of trousers from this online shop and I was really let down by the quality. The trousers ended up staining my new shoes with colour, completely wrecking them. When I got in touch with customer service about it, they didn't care and didn't want to help at all. It's shocking that a company would treat their customers like this.

    Pink sparkly sneakers

    Oh my gosh, I can't believe it! I bought these really cute pink sparkly trainers and they were absolutely fantastic! But then, when I tried to return them at this strange self-service place, it just wouldn't work. I ended up leaving the shoes in my car and completely forgot to return them on time. I attempted to get a new return label because the shoes were the wrong size, but they were really uncooperative! Now I'm stuck with £400 worth of shoes that don't even fit me! Honestly, the customer service is just terrible! And I've always been a good customer who pays on time! It's just not right.

    I had a terrible experience from beginning to end. I ordered some clothes, but got a completely different order. When I contacted customer service for assistance, it was extremely poor. One agent told me one thing, then another said the opposite shortly after. They even ended the chat while I was trying to discuss their mistake. I used to shop here often, but I will not be ordering from them again after this. I recommend avoiding this place to save yourself the trouble!!

    Clothing items from an online retailer

    As someone who shops online a lot, I know that some companies try sneaky tricks to keep bits of customers' refunds without telling them. It's really disappointing to hear that ASOS is being accused of doing the same dodgy stuff. It's just not on for a company to "accidentally" forget to give customers their money back for returned items, especially when it involves more than one thing. Businesses should always be open and honest, that's the base of how they should work, I reckon.

    It's worrying to hear that ASOS might not be sticking to these standards. As a customer, I expect to get a full refund for anything I send back, and I hope that ASOS sorts this out and makes sure they treat all customers fairly and openly from now on.
