As someone who shops online a lot, I know that some companies try sneaky tricks to keep bits of customers' refunds without telling them. It's really disappointing to hear that ASOS is being accused of doing the same dodgy stuff. It's just not on for a company to "accidentally" forget to give customers their money back for returned items, especially when it involves more than one thing. Businesses should always be open and honest, that's the base of how they should work, I reckon.
It's worrying to hear that ASOS might not be sticking to these standards. As a customer, I expect to get a full refund for anything I send back, and I hope that ASOS sorts this out and makes sure they treat all customers fairly and openly from now on.Best buy here, loved the stylished clothings
