Leather Sandals/ Flip Flop sty

    I popped into the shop to find a dress for a special occasion and the staff there were absolutely lovely!     Unhappy with return policy

    I was really let down by my experience with this company. I bought a few things not long ago, but one of them didn't fit me properly. I was surprised to learn that I'd have to cover the cost of returning it. It's made me reconsider shopping with them in the future. I think a company should support their products and provide free returns, especially for online shopping. The poor customer service has left me feeling disappointed.

    Sunglasses that messed up my vision

    I got these sunglasses thinking they'd make me look cool, but when I wore them while driving, they messed up my vision. It was like a crazy mirror or something! They looked good, but I need to see well when driving. So, I'll be returning them for sure.

    Lovely dress purchase

    I went to the shop on a whim and was really pleased with the assistant who was so helpful. She showed me a lovely dress that I decided to buy. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable, and I will definitely go back to this store for more of their fantastic clothes.

    Delivery and sizing issue

    I'm a customer and I recently bought some stuff from your site. But, I had a bit of trouble with the delivery and the sizes were all wrong. Not great, really messed things up for me.     Items from a trendy boutique

    I just have to say, the customer service at this place was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly, attentive, and really went out of their way to help me. I was really impressed by how much they knew about the products and how willing they were to help me find exactly what I was after. The stuff I bought was really top quality - the prints were so trendy and the colours were so vibrant, they really make a statement. I'm really looking forward to showing off my new buys!
