Leather Sandals/ Flip Flop sty

    Thick, soft wool cardigan in fawn

    This cardigan is amazingly soft and cosy, I absolutely love wearing it like a jacket. It drapes so nicely and I've been given loads of compliments on it. It also goes really well with a Breton top!

    low-cut dress

    I bought this dress for my holiday and it's really nice but it's too low-cut! However, it's definitely worth getting altered as the material, colour, and shape are all lovely. I'm excited to wear it! The woman on the phone was very kind and arranged for me to have free next day delivery since I was going away. Although, getting someone to pick up the phone can be a bit tricky at times.

    Disappointing delivery experience

    I recently bought something from this company and I have to say, I was really let down with how long it took for my order to arrive. I ordered something that was meant to be in stock, got an email to confirm my order but then had to wait a whole 12 days with no sign of it being sent out. When I finally reached out to ask about where my order was, I was kept waiting for ages for a response.

    I bought a dress from Aspiga not long ago and I have to say, I was really disappointed with how everything turned out. They charged me £166.99 back on 11th May, but I didn't actually get my hands on the dress until 30th May, which was way later than I was expecting. And when I called up the showroom on Northcote Road in London for help, it was pretty disappointing too. The assistant I spoke to just seemed too busy with other customers and didn't really give me the help I was looking for.

    Quick delivery, slightly overlooked order

    I ordered something from the website and was really looking forward to getting it. After a few days passed with no sign of my order, I started to feel a bit concerned. So, I got in touch with customer service to find out what was going on. It turned out that they had missed my order and forgotten to process it. I was a bit irritated, to be honest. How does that even happen? But, to be fair, they sorted it out pretty quickly once I got in touch. They processed my order straight away and it arrived not long after.

    The customer service at this store was absolutely fantastic until a bit of a Zoom call incident happened. Whilst we were having a good old browse, we came across a lovely assistant called Sarah, who was helping us out with a smile, even though she was on a call. It was clear as day that the person on the other end of the call was being rude, very demanding, and showing behaviour that just wasn't right for a shop like this. Sarah handled the whole thing with such grace and professionalism, we were honestly worried about her and had to come back to check on her. The call suddenly ended with a cold demand to deal with customers, which was quite shocking and left us pretty disappointed. Despite this unfortunate situation, we still ended up buying a few bits and bobs from the store.

    Sparkly sandals and a beach bag

    I popped into this really cute shop, and honestly, the girl working there was so lovely. She helped me pick out the most amazing sandals and a beach bag that matched perfectly. She wasn't pushy at all, just really friendly and happy to assist. I tried on a few other items but eventually just settled on the sandals and beach bag because they were just too adorable and glittery.

    Blouse purchase with gift wrapping

    I bought a blouse from this company for my sister's birthday recently. I decided to pay for gift wrapping to make it more special. To my disappointment, the blouse didn't arrive on time, so I got in touch with the company. They said there was an issue with the bar code reading during dispatch. However, they sorted it out promptly and sent the blouse urgently. It arrived just in time for the birthday bash. Even though there was a little hiccup, I was happy with the blouse's quality, and my sister absolutely adored it.

    The dresses here are really nice, no lie. But come on, why don't they cover return postage for different sizes? And to make matters worse, it's taking forever to get my refund for the item I sent back. They need to get it sorted!

    Unhappy with return policy

    Delivery and sizing issue

    I'm a customer and I recently bought some stuff from your site. But, I had a bit of trouble with the delivery and the sizes were all wrong. Not great, really messed things up for me. But, I have to say, your customer service team were brilliant! They sorted everything out quickly and made sure I got the right sizes in the end.
