Nice fit, shaky delivery
Funny thing — I needed this dress fast after a stressful move and aching back, fabric's soft and simple, but delivery was slow and customer service a bit patchy, wears well.
Nice stuff, tiny hassle
gorgeous clothes but wrong fit for my tiny frame. Tried a dress for weekend brunch and work — needed serious alterations. Felt silly; returns were dead easy, lining a pleasant surprise.

Cold start but ended well
Overall, glad I stayed. I popped into the shop on King’s Road yesterday afternoon to try a dress and at first the staff were quite curt — a quick "what size?" that felt frosty. Once they realised I was serious about buying they warmed up and helped properly. Not perfect, but in the end pleased it worked out.
Mostly a win
Honestly, I really liked it overall — better than I expected, though not flawless. I bought it for a mate's wedding because I usually hate ordering clothes online; fabric felt lovely, colour nicer than photos, just a tiny loose seam.
Dress
I bought a dress from your company, but I was so upset because I waited too long and missed the chance to order it. The dress I really wanted was all gone, and now I wish I had bought it earlier. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the dress comes back in stock so I can try to buy it again.
Camilla cowboy boots for a wedding on a farm
I bought these Camilla cowboy boots for a wedding on a farm and they are absolutely perfect! They go really well with my midi dress and I've been wanting them for ages. The customer service at Trebetherick Aspiga was also incredible. The staff were really friendly and helped me find the perfect size. Thank you, Trebetherick Aspiga!
Lightweight cotton hareem pants
The staff were so lovely and helpful when I bought these amazing hareem pants for yoga and summer. The material is super soft and light, which is ideal for the sunny weather. They're just so comfy to wear, I'm really excited to bring them on holiday with me.
Clothing purchase
When I first got the wrong item in my order, I was really annoyed. I sent an email to the customer service team to complain, but they said it would take about 2 days to reply. It felt like forever, but when they finally got back to me, they sorted it out and sent me the right item. So, it all worked out alright in the end, but it was definitely a bit of a headache at the start.
Two overpriced dresses
I indulged in buying two dresses from that shop and spent quite a lot of money on them. The first dress came quite quickly, but the second one took ages to arrive. I had to contact the company and ask where it was, and it took almost three weeks for it to turn up. When it finally arrived, the size was totally wrong - I ordered a Medium but got a dress that was way too small, more like a size 12. I was so angry that I decided to send it back, but then I found out I had to pay for the return postage. So, I ended up spending another £8.75 just to send back a dress that was late and the wrong size. To top it off, even the Post Office worker commented on how bad the situation was and how it would probably put people off buying from them again. Well, they've definitely put me off - I won't be making any more online purchases from that place.

Leather Sandals/ Flip Flop sty
