Two sets, decent job
I ordered two full sets, both custom painted. They fit fine — no faff so long as you keep the original bolts. Painting took about three to four weeks and the whole delivery only arrived after roughly a month, so not fast, but consistent updates from support helped. Stickers are lifting on one panel, easy to sort with some vinyl glue (cost me under £15). Overall decent quality and price; better than a few other firms I tried.
Almost showroom, bit of patience
Bought these after a silly spill left my old panels held on with tape — needed something decent for my daily commute and my back wanted less vibration. The pieces fit surprisingly well and the paint looks proper; there’s a tiny scuff and one gloss patch is a bit thin, but nothing that ruins it. They feel solid on the bike, sit flush and calm the wind noise. Took longer than I liked, yet for the price and finish I’m happy.
Confusing support, slow delivery
two different staff sent contradictory emails, refund queries got met with upsell pitches, and paperwork was wrong so customs/duties in Canada looked messy. Delivery itself was late and the tracking vague. Item eventually arrived but dealing with customer service was the worst bit — slow, inconsistent and a bit pushy. Won’t recommend without huge caution or follow-up.
Save yourself the faff

Better than I feared
paint was rough and some panels didn't line up. I had to trim and use an old panel to get everything to sit right, which was annoying but not impossible. Customer service kept asking me to wait; there was no real compensation for the delay despite paying extra for express and insurance. The surprise was that once adjusted and given a quick touch-up, they actually look fine and feel solid enough. So not flawless, but usable and better than I feared. Would I buy again? Probably, but only if I'm not in a hurry. If you're handy you'll make them work.
Worth the wait, friendly support
Halfway through a damp Tuesday commute I realised the new fairing actually clips on far better than I’d expected. It wasn’t all smooth — there was a few weeks of waiting and a bit of back-and-forth with emails — but support replied reliably, usually within 24–48 hours, and they sorted a partial refund for a wrong bit without much faff. I use it every day now for commuting, the school run and popping to the shops, so it’s getting proper wear and it’s holding up. Still a tad slow sometimes, but decent aftercare and it arrived in the end, so yeah, pleased.
