A lovely ring, messy follow-up 19 April 2026

the salesperson answered our follow-ups and tried to help, but even then it was patchy — one week they said it’d be back, next week silence, then we had to chase again. At one point there was a delay because the ring didn’t pass a quality check, which I appreciate them doing, but the whole process took far longer than promised and that was frustrating. When we finally complained properly, the ring was suddenly ready the next day and sent back to us. The resized ring itself is lovely and the workmanship is good, so in the end the product delivered on its promise. That said, the lack of clear communication and the stretch of time we spent worrying really soured the experience for me. I’d say if you’re ordering something sentimental from them, be prepared to follow up and, if possible, get a direct contact at the store. Oh — they emailed updated certificates and said to request paper copies via email, which I did, and I’m still waiting on that reply. So: beautiful final ring, good quality, but their post-sale process needs proper fixing; otherwise you’ll have to be the one to chase.
