Pharmacological supplies
I recently had a bit of bother when ordering from AYP Healthcare, but I must say I was quite impressed by how well their team kept me in the loop with updates and communication. Despite the rocky start, my order arrived bang on time and in tip-top condition. I really do appreciate all the hard work put in by the staff to make sure everything went smoothly. All in all, I am happy with the service from AYP Healthcare and would definitely think about ordering from them again down the line.

orders havent arrived on both times Ive used this company, and both times been told, order was lost by courier, dont wast you time with this company folks!

Like many others I so wish we had read the reviews before ordering from this company. They claim items are in stock when they are not and could not care less about the consequences to you or your business. No follow up, no contact (except when initiated by us), no attempt to rectify the issue or retain our custom, they simply don't care.

Terrible service after a week and items still not arrived and not even dispatched. Will not be using ayp again.
Eye medicines and drops
Wish I’d paid attention to the negative reviews before ordering! If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order 2 weeks before a planned trip. 2 weeks later, I’d heard nothing. I sent an email only to be told the order had been lost by courier, and a new one would be dispatched within 1-2 days. Nearly a week later, nothing. I asked to be directed to management and this escalated via email. They still have not responded to this. Poorest communication I’ve ever experienced from so called healthcare company. What about patients who need urgent medication? So beyond unethically poor. I am disgusted!
This is exactly my current situation - Identical “explanation” for non delivery of items and same promise and same inaction. Don’t use these people!

Dreadful disdain for customer service.A disgrace. They short delivered me and their so called director (Zakir) simly and repeated ignored my emails. If a director operates like this, there is nowhere to go! The customer service is non existent so please avoid.

My grandmother always recommend AYP Healthcare for her blood pressure management drugs. AYP Healthcare sets aside Mondays to Thursdays before 4 pm, for placing orders. They deliver their orders between two to five days.
