I recently bought a pair of shoes from this company and it's been an absolute nightmare. First off, it took ages for the shoes to turn up – well over a month. And when they finally did arrive, they were totally wrong – wrong style, wrong colour, wrong size. I was really let down and annoyed by this mistake. To make things even worse, when I got in touch with customer service to ask for a refund, they initially said no, claiming that the shoes were cheap and not worth their time. It took a lot of arguing, but they eventually agreed to refund me, with the condition that I cover the cost of returning the shoes. It's just not fair – this policy is completely unreasonable and not on. All in all, my experience with this company has been a disaster and I strongly recommend that others steer clear of buying from them.
Shoe repair
I was a bit annoyed at first because I didn't get updates on my shoe repair, but when I finally got them back, I was over the moon with how good they looked. The work on them was top-notch and they looked brand new. The people at the shop were really helpful and professional when I brought in my shoes, and I could tell they pay attention to the little things. All in all, I'm really happy with the service I got from the company.
Brogues, Comfortable, Classy
I bought a pair of brogues from this place around 5 years back and they're still looking great! So, of course, I had to buy another pair. These shoes are really comfy and give me a real classy feel. The only downside is that they seem to last forever, which could be a slight issue as I might end up buying more!
