Shoes
I see shoes as an important aspect of fashion as the fashion itself and shouldn't be left out in any form when the intention is to dress fashionably. So personally I gun for shoes as much as I gun for dresses. Even though sometimes I make mistake by buying from sources that later discovered to be of fake quality. However, I believe Barker Shoes has set the way straight and corrected all the possible mistakes in the past. That is why I now shop for my shoe needs at the company and the experience is never with anything to regret. Quality products, well designed in sizable shapes and sold at prices I don't feel cheated at all. Barker Shoes is definitely a resting point for all shoe needs.
Mansfield Boots repair
I'm really impressed with the customer service at this shoe manufacturer. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, owning a few pairs of their shoes and boots. Recently, I had to go to the factory to ask about repairing my Mansfield Boots, which had to be cut off by emergency services after an accident. Martin's response was amazing. He said they could fix it for me, and to my surprise, they did it for free without asking for postage fees. The repairs were done perfectly, and now my boots are good as new. This kind of customer service is outstanding, and it's experiences like this that make me keep coming back for all my footwear needs.
Shoe resoling service
I sent my shoes to be resoled recently and I have to say, the job they did was really great. When I got my shoes back, they looked even better than when they were new! The craftsmanship was spot on and it was clear that they had taken a lot of care and attention with the work. On top of that, they managed to get the job done quicker than they had initially said, which was a nice surprise. I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years now, mostly buying their brogues for work. But this time I thought I'd mix things up and got myself a pair of their Donegal Boots. And let me tell you, the quality of the materials and craftsmanship is top-notch. The boots fit like a glove and are super comfy, just like I expected from this brand. Shoe quality, packaging disappointment
I love collecting shoes and I recently bought some from Barker Shoes. But I was quite disappointed with the way they were packaged. When my order turned up, the shoes were just chucked into a shoe box with a thin foam divider to keep them separate. They hadn't even bothered to put any tissue paper, shoe bags or a free shoe horn in there. It was a bit of a let-down, really, considering that they're supposed to be all about top-notch quality.

I was a bit annoyed at first because I didn't get updates on my shoe repair, but when I finally got them back, I was over the moon with how good they looked. The work on them was top-notch and they looked brand new. I recently bought a new pair from this place and decided to ask them about repairing my old pair that had seen better days. They did an amazing job fixing up the inside of the shoe, making them look almost brand new! I've had those shoes for about 7 years now, so I was thrilled with the results. Barker shoes are the only shoes I wear because they are comfortable right out of the box and just keep getting better with time.
Calder Chocolate Suede Boots
I got myself these really cool chocolate suede boots, and they came with not just one, but three shoe bags, extra laces, and even a shoe horn! These boots are absolutely amazing, they look great and feel even better. They are so sturdy and have that classic design that is just perfect. Honestly, I can't fault them at all, I am thrilled with my purchase.

I used to be a loyal customer of this shoe company for many years, always relying on them for my formal footwear needs. However, my recent experience with them has left me extremely disappointed. Living in the U.S. now, I decided to order a pair of formal shoes from their American website. The leather of the shoes I received was not only different but also of a noticeably inferior quality compared to what was advertised. This was a huge letdown for me as I had come to expect top-notch products from them. To add insult to injury, I discovered that in order to return the shoes, I would have to ship them back to England at my own expense. This was completely unexpected and unfair, and there was no guarantee that I would even receive a refund if I took this costly step. It felt like a betrayal of my trust as a long-time customer. It's frustrating to have to bear the additional cost of shipping back a product that was not as described, especially on top of the initial shipping fee I had already paid. This lack of customer support and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction really left a bad taste in my mouth. It seems that this company lacks a proper presence in the U.S. market and is not equipped to handle returns in a reasonable and customer-friendly manner. While I used to love their products, this experience has made me question whether I will continue to support them in the future.

I recently bought some amazing shoes online, but ended up getting the wrong size. Luckily, when I contacted the seller about the issue, they swiftly and efficiently exchanged them without any trouble. The quality of the shoes is fantastic, so I will definitely be shopping there again!

I recently bought a pair of shoes from this company and it's been an absolute nightmare. First off, it took ages for the shoes to turn up – well over a month. And when they finally did arrive, they were totally wrong – wrong style, wrong colour, wrong size. I was really let down and annoyed by this mistake. To make things even worse, when I got in touch with customer service to ask for a refund, they initially said no, claiming that the shoes were cheap and not worth their time. It took a lot of arguing, but they eventually agreed to refund me, with the condition that I cover the cost of returning the shoes. It's just not fair – this policy is completely unreasonable and not on. All in all, my experience with this company has been a disaster and I strongly recommend that others steer clear of buying from them.
Brogues, Comfortable, Classy
I bought a pair of brogues from this place around 5 years back and they're still looking great! So, of course, I had to buy another pair. These shoes are really comfy and give me a real classy feel. The only downside is that they seem to last forever, which could be a slight issue as I might end up buying more!
