I tried these on as soon as the parcel arrived on a rainy evening and honestly the colours and cut looked quite fun — felt like they might be a nice summer find. But then the fit was all wrong; the fabric is thinner than I expected and it hangs awkwardly on me. I could see myself wearing one maybe once at home, but not out. I messaged about returning them and got a really awkward reply offering to reship if I paid USD40, or a tiny 10% refund if I keep them, or expect me to post them all the way back to China at my cost. Bit of a shrug moment. I’ve had returns a lot smoother with other brands, so that was a disappointment more than anything. On the plus side delivery was quick and the prints are actually nice in person — that’s why I was a bit gutted. In the end I kept one as a lounge dress and chucked the rest into the ‘maybe’ pile. If you’re after something cheap-looking for at-home wear, this could work, but don’t expect great fabric or a friendly returns process. Worth a gamble if you don’t mind risks, but be prepared for a bit of hassle.
Delivery faff, but the dress works
payment taken straight away, tracking said delivered, but nothing on my doorstep. After a dozen emails (Ivy was the person I kept going back to) I finally got it sorted — took ages, I chased the courier, I involved my bank, and yes it was a bit stressful. Anyway, when it did turn up I was relieved. The fabric is light and breathable, sits nicely across the shoulders and doesn’t dig into my back like some stiffer dresses do. Fit was pretty true to size, sleeves sat where they should and I could wear it all afternoon without shifting or fiddling — which, honestly, is rare for me. Stitching looks fine, seams neat, and it moves well when you walk; nothing pinches, nothing rides up. Colour matched the photos reasonably, slight difference in tone but nothing dramatic. I’m glad it eventually worked out — not because of the service, which was underwhelming and slow, but because the actual dress fulfils the need I had. Would I order again? Maybe, if they fix their delivery and support game. For now, happy with the product, annoyed with the process.
That return dance
fabric felt thinner and the colour was off, like a slightly sad photocopy of the photos. Not catastrophic, but not what I expected either.
Poor quality clothing purchase
I recently ordered some items from this company and I have to admit that the whole experience was pretty disappointing. The clothes I got were really low quality, made with cheap fabrics and the stitching was all over the place. When I tried to send the stuff back because it was so shoddy, I ran into a load of problems. They might send their stuff from the UK, but if you send it back, you have to fork out a load of money to ship it all the way to China. Plus, they didn't sort out the customs stuff properly, so there were big delays when it came to getting my money back. The customer service was useless too - they just tried to talk their way out of helping me at all, so now I'm left with a massive bill for sending it back and no resolution. Honestly, I'd really recommend steering clear of this company - it's just not worth it.
Swimsuit purchase
I bought a swimsuit from this company, but it didn't fit me right. So, I contacted customer service to see about getting a refund or exchanging it. They said I had to send the swimsuit back to China within a week if I wanted a refund. Or, I could keep it and pay an extra $18 for a different size. I thought this was quite unfair, especially for us customers in the US. When it comes to returns and exchanges, I believe there should be more convenience and flexibility for us as consumers.
Order too big
I bought something online but it turned out to be way too big when it arrived. I sent it back but it's been held up in China and now I'm unable to get a refund! The company is refusing to assist as well, really frustrating.
