For the second year running, I've decided to buy my summer dresses and swimsuit from this company. I really like their distinctive styles and designs that make them stand out from other choices out there. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the products always lives up to what I expect.
Size discrepancies and poor customer service
I'm really disappointed with my recent purchase from this company. The clothes I ordered were all over the place in terms of sizing - nothing fit me properly. Some items were too big, some were too small. The quality was rubbish and the fit was just awful. When I contacted customer service about it, they were useless and didn't care at all. They told me I had to send the items back to China for a refund, even though they were shipped to me from Jamaica, New York. It's completely dodgy and unacceptable. On top of that, it took a massive 21 days for my order to arrive, which was way too late for the event I needed the dresses for. I should have checked the reviews beforehand, but I hope others will see this and avoid this company altogether.
Swimwear purchase
The return policy is such a nightmare. It's really not standard at all, they actually expect you to pay for the shipping all the way back to China if you want to return something. And there's no guarantee your return will even reach them! Instead of just giving you a straightforward refund or exchange, they try all these tactics to make you keep the items - like offering to send you another one if you pay for shipping, or suggesting partial refunds to convince you to keep it. It's just such a hassle.
Not only that, the sizing is way off - I'd recommend ordering up at least one size. Personally, I think it's much better to stick to American-made products from the USA. Dealing with items sent from China just isn't worth all the trouble.Quality Products

Great choice of styles, colors and sizes. They offer prompt shipping and great prices. I would have to go to three or four company to find the items that I found under one roof at Beachsissi.

Amazing and unbelievable products. I would recommend this product to everyone.
