The Trio Nude set from Beautifect is absolutely amazing. When I saw the make-up box, I was blown away by how beautiful and luxurious it is. The design is stunning, and the touch screen feature just adds an extra touch of class. What really surprised me was how practical the box is - it can hold so much more make-up than I expected. The packaging was flawless, and the overall quality of the product is outstanding. To top it off, I received a lovely gift which was a nice surprise and much appreciated. I absolutely love the glow mirror I got from this store! I'd been searching for ages for the perfect mirror to use for my makeup, and when I saw this new one, I just knew I had to get it. The mirror is so clear, it makes doing my makeup a breeze. The three different light settings are amazing, I can pick the right one for any time of day. It's super easy to control the lights and the magnifying mirror is a lifesaver for those tricky tasks. I also like the little case that comes with it, keeps the mirror safe and clean when I'm not using it. I've already told everyone on social media and my family how much I love this mirror, I can't recommend it enough. It's now a vital part of my daily routine.

The luxury beauty product I ordered came in a beautifully wrapped package, clearly showing great care to make sure it didn't get damaged on its way to me. My makeup was littered everywhere. I was going for dinner and could hardly see anything I was painting on my face. I needed a beauty drawer or organizers. I checked through online stores and found Beautifect. I ordered a make-up box. I got my orders before the agreed due date. It was lovely. I love the building and especially the lighting. It was a functional box. It occupied little space and kept my makeup neatly. I have got a mirror too with the box, Yipee! I love the entire box. High-quality product that is built to last. I had to order another one for my sister too because her room is usually littered with makeup.
Beauty Blender purchase
I'm really gutted about my Beauty Blender buy. It can't even stay up straight and the extra mirror has got nowhere to go. The lighting isn't that great either and doesn't make up for the design issues. It's definitely more about looking good than being practical.
Luxury box purchase
The luxury gift box I got for Christmas was absolutely lovely. I enjoyed opening it up and using all the nice products inside. The quality is really top-notch, but I did have a couple of issues. The box wasn't big enough to fit my larger brushes or an average-sized eyeshadow palette, which was a bit disappointing. I had to buy travel-sized brushes and palettes to make it work. The customer service through the chat feature was great, they were really helpful and friendly and answered all my questions about the tote for the box. I wanted to buy the tote to protect the box while travelling, but unfortunately, the tote doesn't actually stay securely on luggage as it doesn't have a trolley pass through. This meant I had to either sacrifice space in my carry-on or carry it separately, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a travel-friendly product. Despite these issues, I do like the light features of the box and I hope they'll think about adding this small upgrade to make the overall Beautifect experience even better.

I recently treated myself to the Beauty Box Gold Box from Beautifect, along with the soft cosmetic case and extra pouches, and I have to say, I am seriously impressed. The quality of the products is amazing. The Gold Box not only looks great but it's super practical too. It's completely changed the way I keep my makeup and beauty bits organised. The soft cosmetic case goes perfectly with the Gold Box, and the extra pouches are really versatile - I use them for all sorts, from brushes to lipsticks. The design and functionality of these products are fantastic, and I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase.

I recently bought a makeup mirror that's really good quality and looks really nice. But I've noticed that the light reflection can sometimes make it hard to do my makeup in a regular mirror. Also, the small magnifying mirror that comes with it isn't strong enough for me - I think a higher magnification, like x10, would have been better.

Defective beauty box
I bought a beauty box from this company recently and it was really disappointing. The box came with a defect and when I contacted customer service, they accused me of tampering with it and wouldn't honour the warranty. They even said I could get a new box if I paid more money, which I think is unfair. I was expecting better customer service, especially for the price I paid. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

I was looking for a particular bag that I couldn't find on the website, so I decided to chat with customer service. Emma got back to me straight away and was really helpful in finding the bag for me. She told me exactly what to do to make my order, and it was sent out quickly. The delivery charge was also quite fair. All in all, it was a great experience!

I really love the glow mirror and vanity bag from this company, they are just amazing. The mirror is so clear and the light it gives off is really bright. I can't praise these products enough! I used to have a cheap mirror from Amazon, but the glow mirror is in a whole other league in terms of quality and brightness. And the vanity bag is just the right size and looks really stylish. I think I'm going to have to treat myself to the Beautifect Box next. All in all, fantastic products!
