Winter boots and dress handbag
I had a really nice time visiting the store in Perth. The staff there were so friendly and really went out of their way to help me with my shopping. The assistant I spoke to wasn't just helpful but also gave me some great style advice that I wouldn't have thought of myself, and it turned out to be spot on. On my first trip, I bought some winter boots and a dress handbag, and when I went back I got a pair of men's dress shoes too. The staff were just as friendly the second time, and the stuff I bought was really good quality. I'd definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for the perfect pair of shoes.

I recently bought a pair of shoes from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with their service. Grey boots
I've always loved those grey boots I used to have, and when I saw them on sale on this website, I just had to snap them up! I placed my order on the 2nd of September, and they arrived today. To my surprise, there was a lovely little handwritten note included with my boots. And to top it off, the shipping was free! This site definitely saved me from going broke, considering I live 375 miles away and would be tempted to buy every pair of shoes if I lived closer. Child's shoes
The service I got from ordering to getting my daughter's shoes was absolutely top-notch. Casual shoes for holiday
My husband and I popped into both of your Elgin shops last Saturday, the 4th of May, on the hunt for a new pair of casual shoes for his upcoming holiday. We started at the Foot Garden, where we always get top-notch service from the lovely staff. They were great at helping my husband pick out a pair, but sadly they didn't have his size in stock. They kindly offered to order them for us, but we were a bit short on time as we were jetting off on Monday for our holiday.

I've been searching for these Spanish shoes for ages, even before all this covid stuff. But I finally stumbled upon them in this store. The service I received was absolutely top-notch, so I'll definitely be coming back here for more shopping in the future.

Glorious Boots
I treated myself to these boots for my birthday, and I'm really glad I did! The service was fantastic, it arrived super quickly and they even chucked in a prepaid return label just in case. Thankfully, I don't think I'll need it because the boots are just gorgeous and really comfy too. I'm already looking forward to treating myself again in the future... maybe even sooner than I thought!

I recently bought a pair of sandals online to pick up at the store on the high street in Inverness. I chatted with Gemma about my order, and I have to say, her customer service was top-notch. She really went out of her way to make sure I could get my sandals the next day, which was more than I was expecting. Italian walking boots & protective spray
I had an amazing time at the Inverurie store! Jennifer 88 was a fantastic help - really friendly, knowledgeable, and funny too. She helped me pick out some fabulous Italian walking boots and carbon spray to keep them in top condition. Shoes for Christmas gift
I bought a pair of shoes from this store as a Christmas gift for my husband. When the package arrived, I was really disappointed to see that both shoes were for the left foot and different sizes. It was so frustrating trying to find a replacement gift during the hectic holiday season. I sent the wrong shoes back and emailed the company. Their reply didn't seem very sincere, just hoping the mistake wouldn't spoil my Christmas and they would look into it. I didn't feel like a valued customer after that whole ordeal.
FreeSpirit sandals
The staff in the shoe shop were really nice and helpful. I was on the hunt for some sandals for the summer when I came across the FreeSpirit collection. They had loads of different colours and styles to pick from, and the prices were really good. The shop was so clean and organised, which made browsing even more enjoyable. I just wish I had found these sandals earlier, they are ideal for sunny days.

I bought a pair of shoes last Friday afternoon and was really happy to see that they were sent out the same day and arrived on Monday. Everything was easy and the service was top-notch.
