I bought a pair of shoes from this store as a Christmas gift for my husband. When the package arrived, I was really disappointed to see that both shoes were for the left foot and different sizes. It was so frustrating trying to find a replacement gift during the hectic holiday season. I sent the wrong shoes back and emailed the company. Their reply didn't seem very sincere, just hoping the mistake wouldn't spoil my Christmas and they would look into it. I didn't feel like a valued customer after that whole ordeal.
FreeSpirit sandals
The staff in the shoe shop were really nice and helpful. I was on the hunt for some sandals for the summer when I came across the FreeSpirit collection. They had loads of different colours and styles to pick from, and the prices were really good. The shop was so clean and organised, which made browsing even more enjoyable. I just wish I had found these sandals earlier, they are ideal for sunny days.
Glorious Boots
I treated myself to these boots for my birthday, and I'm really glad I did! The service was fantastic, it arrived super quickly and they even chucked in a prepaid return label just in case. Thankfully, I don't think I'll need it because the boots are just gorgeous and really comfy too. I'm already looking forward to treating myself again in the future... maybe even sooner than I thought!
Shoes ordered, despatched same day, received on Monday
I bought a pair of shoes last Friday afternoon and was really happy to see that they were sent out the same day and arrived on Monday. Everything was easy and the service was top-notch. I especially loved the nice touch of the handwritten thank you note in the box. I would definitely suggest this shop to others and will be coming back to shop here again. Great job, guys!
Fast delivery, personalized touch
I was so pleased with how fast my order arrived, especially as I placed it on a Sunday and got it by Wednesday. The package arrived in Surrey just as I wanted, nicely packed with a sweet little note inside. It's those little details that really make you feel special as a customer. It's nice to see a company that still cares about that personal touch, like having a real person named Susan take the time to add a personal note to my order.
Child's shoes
The service I got from ordering to getting my daughter's shoes was absolutely top-notch. I ordered them online and within an hour, I got an email saying they were on their way along with a tracking number. I was really impressed by how quickly everything was done, I've never had such fast service online before. I know my daughter will be over the moon to get her shoes so soon. I'm thinking about making this shop my new favourite place to buy shoes because of the amazing service I got.
New boots
The service at this place is just brilliant. Ordering was super easy, and my new boots arrived really quickly. Remonte shoes
I just wanted to say that I was really impressed with the service I got from Begg Shoes. They delivered my Remonte shoes super quickly, they arrived earlier than I thought they would. The shoes are really good quality and the price was fair. I'm really happy with my purchase overall and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again in the future.
