Home cardio equipment
I was really surprised at how quick my home cardio equipment was delivered, only taking 7 days from when I bought it (5 working days, or 7 if you count the weekend). It was a relief to get it so soon, especially when I've heard about others having issues with delivery times. However, when I had a look at the product, it did seem a bit flimsy which has got me worried it might not last long. Despite this, I've used it a couple of times now and I'm pretty happy with how it performs. It's really easy to use for home cardio workouts, which is perfect for someone like me who's just starting out. But I was hoping for something a bit more intense and with more resistance, so I might have to get some extra weights in the future to make my workouts more challenging.

I've been on the hunt for the perfect gear to target my stomach, legs, and glutes for ages, and guess what? I've finally found it! I have to say, I'm really pleased with my new air fryer. The delivery was surprisingly quick, and when I realised there was a missing accessory, they sorted it out straight away without any fuss. I use it almost daily - whether it's just to quickly warm something up or to prepare a whole meal, it's now a crucial part of my daily cooking routine. Not only is it super efficient, but it's also easy to clean and looks great on my kitchen counter. I can't believe I waited so long to get one of these!
Ab booster plus purchase
I recently bought the Ab booster plus and I have to say I'm pretty happy with my experience. I ordered it on the 2nd of May and got it on the 1st of June. At first, I was a bit worried when I didn't get an email confirming my purchase. But after reading some reviews, I decided to message customer service through Messenger. They got back to me quickly and said my order was on its way. Soon after, I got an email confirming the expected delivery date. I think Best Direct should work on sending an email confirmation right after purchase to ease any customer worries.
New air fryer
I recently got a new air fryer and I was a bit apprehensive about ordering it online because I'm not that great with technology, you know? But it turned out to be pretty straightforward and simple! To my surprise, it arrived quite quickly and was packaged up neatly. The air fryer is fantastic! I'm still adjusting to the timer settings as I've always used gas, but the food I've cooked with it has been excellent so far! Thank you very much!
Muscle toning vibration belt
I bought a muscle toning vibration belt not too long ago and I've been using it on my abs and glutes for about three weeks now. I've got to admit, this thing really works! The Vibratone Max does an amazing job at stimulating my muscles and helping me build muscle and burn fat. One thing that really stands out about this belt is that you can use it while just chilling on the sofa, so it's super convenient and easy to fit into your daily routine. I'm really happy with my purchase because I've seen great results in such a short amount of time.
Online ordering issue
I had a bit of a issue when I tried placing an order online. I got redirected to my bank to verify the payment, but struggled to get back to complete the order. I had to wait until the weekend to sort it out, and by then, the price of the item had increased. Luckily, a lovely lady named Kathy gave me a call to help finalise the order and she honoured the original cost. I was a bit frustrated at first, but I soon realised it was because of my impatience. In the end, I am really pleased with how everything was sorted out and I will definitely be using the service again.

I was feeling a bit wary about purchasing from this website as I didn't really know much about them. However, I eventually decided to take the plunge and I must say, I'm absolutely thrilled that I did! The delivery of my order was quick, and when it arrived, it was exactly what I had been after. Vibration plate purchase
I bought a vibration plate from Best Direct a couple of years ago because I can't do normal exercise because of some health issues. I've been really happy with how it's worked for me. In the past two years, the vibration plate has helped me lose more than three stone in weight and has made my lower body much stronger. I use it for about fifteen minutes most days and now it's a really important part of my daily routine. I definitely suggest it to anyone who wants to get stronger and fitter.

I have to mention, the customer service at this place is absolutely fantastic. Daniel N really went the extra mile to help me with my concerns and make sure my AB Booster was sent out promptly. I was really impressed by how quickly he responded and how efficiently he resolved the problem. The delivery was surprisingly fast, and I am extremely pleased with how everything turned out. I will definitely be coming back as a customer because of the outstanding service I received.
Online shopping regret
I made a mistake and ordered something online, but then I changed my mind and didn't want it anymore. I tried to return it, but the company said they couldn't send me the label because they had moved offices or something? It's not my fault, right? They said they would send it soon, but it's been ages and I still haven't received it! I even spoke to a guy named Daniel who was supposed to call me back, but it seems like he forgot my number or something! UGH!
Stock availability issue
I was so gutted with my recent buy as it ended up taking a whopping 2 weeks to get to me. So, I got in touch with customer service, and they told me they were just waiting for more stock. Honestly, in this day and age, waiting that long for something is just not on. It left a bad taste in my mouth, especially since I had something specific in mind to use it for.
Velform Coverre purchase
I recently bought a Velform Coverre and was really disappointed with it. The cover was thin and didn't give me the coverage I needed. It clearly wasn't suitable for what I wanted and I regretted buying it. When I spoke to customer service about getting a refund, they refused, which just made me more frustrated. Also, the extra containers for face and upper lip were so tiny that it was almost impossible to get any product out of them. I suggest going to a trusted store like Boots and getting a better product for a more reasonable price. Overall, I won't be buying anything else from this company because of the dodgy quality of their product.
Disappointing purchases
Don't bother wasting your hard-earned cash on this company! I purchased three items and they were all big disappointments. The paint runner Pro was useless, so I went back to using my roller and brushes. The sauna belt was a joke, my hairdryer generates more heat! And as for the velform shape wear, it was totally ineffective and no refunds allowed! It's all just a load of rubbish.
Ab Booster Plus
Ab Booster Plus is quite a fun exercise machine, but the materials could do with being a bit stronger and those screws are just rubbish. It took absolutely ages for it to arrive, and I didn't get any order confirmation for ages either. On the whole, the product itself is pretty good, but the whole experience with the company wasn't all that great, to be honest.
Abs booster purchase
The abs booster arrived pretty quickly, in just a week, which was nice because I'd heard some horror stories about slow deliveries. It was all there, and I managed to put it together without any hassle. Unfortunately, the handles broke off on the second day of using it, which made it pretty risky to carry on. I had to go through PayPal to get a refund and I was lucky enough to get it. The idea behind the product is good, but now I'm hunting for something better, something of higher quality and safer. It's kind of like a see-saw, but takes up less room.
Great ordering but bad delivery
I had a great time ordering my thing, but the delivery was terrible! I used PayPal just to be safe and got an email with the shipping details. Then suddenly, Hermes was the courier! They claimed to have my parcel, but that's all I heard from them. I had to get in touch with the company, and Chloe and her team were excellent. They quickly refunded me. Thanks for the help, Chloe!
Gym squat perfect

Ab Generator purchase
I've always found it difficult to do typical floor exercises such as sit-ups and crunches because they hurt my neck and back. However, since giving the Ab Generator a go, I can honestly say it's the top fitness machine I've ever tried! Not only is it easy to work my core with it, but it also hits all the muscles effectively. Thanks to this device, I've finally got the flat, toned abs I've been longing for.
