I bought something from this shop not long ago, but I was let down because the item I got wasn't what I was expecting. They said it was brushed gold, but it turned out to be antique brass instead. It's worrying that they aren't being careful with their descriptions, as it could mislead others who want to buy from them. They need to fix this issue.

I popped into this shop the other day and was well impressed with how good their prices were and how great their customer service was. Radiator and Replacement Brackets
I bought a radiator from Big Bathroom Shop and it arrived quickly. However, they sent the wrong wall brackets in the package which meant I couldn't install it straight away. I had to wait for the correct brackets to be sent out which took 5 days because of the weekend and bank holiday. It was really frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, I wasn't happy with the whole experience.
