I just bought a triple outlet shower valve from this company, and I have to say, I am really happy with how it all went. Ordering was easy and clear, and the payment was a breeze. The delivery was quick, and the product itself is top-notch quality with its all-brass body. I haven't actually installed the shower valve yet, but I am feeling optimistic about how well it will work. All in all, I would definitely recommend this site to anyone.
'Valve replacement'
I recently bought a new valve from the shop, but when I tried to fit it, I found out that the hot and cold ports were the wrong way round from the diagram provided. Now I have to redo all the copper piping inside my walls. This whole situation has really annoyed me and caused me a lot of hassle.
Shower head purchase
I recently bought a showerhead online and it was really fantastic. However, when I received it, it wasn't working properly. I was a bit worried at first, thinking "Oh no, what should I do?" But, I decided to reach out to them and they quickly resolved the issue. It was like magic! The customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends.
Radiator and Replacement Brackets
I bought a radiator from Big Bathroom Shop and it arrived quickly. However, they sent the wrong wall brackets in the package which meant I couldn't install it straight away. I had to wait for the correct brackets to be sent out which took 5 days because of the weekend and bank holiday. It was really frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, I wasn't happy with the whole experience.

I've actually shopped at this store twice and both times were really good. The stuff they sell is top-notch, and they have a wide variety to choose from which is great. The website is easy to use, so I always find what I want quickly.
