I unpacked the basin and wash stand and thought it was straightforward. It arrived on time. The problem started when the plumber went to fit it. The stand was too big for our plumbing layout. The leaflet in the box only shows how to slot panels together. No dimensions. The online page also omits sizing details. Plumber had already cut pipes. We needed to drain part of the system to stop leaks. That left us with no basin for a few days while we waited for a return visit. I use this sink every morning and the kids use it too, so it was annoying. Customer services said it is a generic unit and should be cut to size. They suggested reading a PDF manual and that customers should own a pipe cutter. They refused to accept responsibility for the extra call-out fee or the inconvenience. Delivery itself was fine; it was the missing information that caused the trouble. The basin itself works fine now. It’s solid and does the job, though there are a couple of small marks on one panel. Not perfect, but usable. I’ll look at other suppliers next time.
Delivery bait-and-switch
“that’s the process” and the most they’d offer was a £6 refund. They refused to use a different courier to get it to me on Saturday or do anything else to fix it. Mildly annoying, and I’m pragmatic about refunds, but I didn’t get what I paid extra for.
So, practical advice: don’t assume the named delivery fee means better handling. If you must have something on a specific day, push hard for confirmation or don’t pay the supplement. I won’t order like that again.Not the smoothest delivery

We’ve been left using an old downstairs lavatory while the new one is out of action. The downstairs loo has done its job for decades. That contrast — an old, reliable fixture versus a brand-new suite failing after months — is hard to swallow.
Also, the ordering process wasn’t slick. Their website wouldn’t accept delivery to our area at first. We live in Birmingham; not exactly remote. After getting the basket together I had to phone to place the order. The site then worked sporadically. It’s annoying to waste time like that. I’ve had better experiences with other suppliers where the online checkout is straightforward and customer service actually troubleshoots rather than blames.
So, overall I’m mixed. I like how the suite looks and the install was tidy. But the fragility of a key part and the company’s attitude made the whole thing sour. If you’re weighing options, bear in mind the potential for hassle and additional charges. I’m disappointed more than angry, but it’s left a wary taste.
