Really happy with them — I'd buy again without a second thought. I started using the pans last week for breakfasts and a couple of stir-fries, and my first impression was that they look smart without being fussy. They're much lighter than I expected, which is a relief as some pans feel like workouts. They arrived quickly and well packed, clean up easily in or out of the dishwasher, and nice to support a small UK maker.
Nice pans, messy delivery
I opened the parcel on a damp Saturday and felt flat. I'd hesitated before buying — the photos made them look brilliant, but I wondered if they'd arrive okay. When the box arrived it had obviously been chucked about; two pans were dented and scratched, cardboard ripped, no cushioning. I phoned — no reply — so I emailed. They re-sent the whole lot instead of swapping just the bent ones, so now I've got to return the lot, faff. The pans themselves are fine, to be honest, but the delivery and service let it down.
Nearly put me off, but they sorted it
I first saw the oven on a mate's Instagram and bought it after she said it was brilliant. Delivery turned into a faff — it arrived dented (courier wasn't careful) and I half expected a battle. To my surprise the company replied the next working day, sent a replacement the day after and picked up the broken one when it suited me. I did read a few grim reviews beforehand and was braced for hassle, so honestly that felt great. Still annoying the courier dropped the ball, but overall very pleased it was sorted so smoothly.
