There’s something about buying sunnies that feels trivial until it isn’t. I’d worn Blenders for years — my first proper pair was my go-to for festivals and beach days, comfy, not posh, just did the job. So when I saw a new style on Instagram last month I ordered and even paid for expedited shipping (rookie enthusiasm). Four working days passed with no update, then I noticed the model was sold out. Customer service didn’t offer an alternative or say “sorry, want to wait?” — just an email saying they’d refund. The refund did show up eventually, so fair play, but the whole thing felt a bit clinical. Sunglasses themselves were fine in the past, not perfect, but usable. Delivery and service here need work.
