Never got to order
Dreadful company samples not sent emailed them told they had been discontinued ( didn't tell me) ordered more.. Not sent eventually received samples sent wrong colour... Was told beige and cream are the same just renamed.. More emails no joy... So I rang the company explained was cream and beige now the same and if so what is the new name for me to order ( I think the representative thought I was ...) told well beige is sort of beige and cream is sort of cream... Got nowhere... Emailed again... Now received no further communication... Awfull awfull company

I bought some custom blinds online, thinking they'd be great quality and service. But turns out, it was a total letdown. I had to shell out a lot for shipping, only to receive blinds that were totally off. When I got in touch with customer service, they were so dismissive and refused to fix their mistake or give me a refund.
