I've just got a new blackout blind for my kid's room and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good it is. The bits all feel solid and well put together, and the video showing how to fit it was dead easy to follow. It fits spot-on in the window, making the room proper dark so my little one knows it's bedtime - especially handy in the summer when the sun goes down late. The only downside was having to wait ages for it to arrive, but it was definitely worth it. I'm well chuffed with my buy and I'll definitely be getting more stuff from this company again.

I recently bought some motorised zebra blinds and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good they are. I initially got a blackout blind for a bedroom and was so happy with it that I decided to get 3 more zebra blinds. The non-drill fittings on the sides make it quick and easy to put them up, without needing to drill into a steel lintel above. Once they were installed, the blinds looked absolutely amazing and gave the room a really elegant touch. Although, I was a bit let down that the delivery took longer than the date they originally said.

I was really looking forward to getting my BlocOuts curtains, but it ended up being quite a frustrating experience. Everything was fine when I placed my order, but the delivery took much longer than expected. When the curtains finally arrived, we had a lot of problems with the parts – some were too long, some were too short, and it was a nightmare to install. The first response I got from customer service by email wasn't helpful at all, and I felt really annoyed. When I called them, Niamh was amazing and worked with me for two months to sort everything out. She sent me new parts, checked the measurements multiple times, and eventually everything came together. I'm happy with how it all turned out, but it definitely wasn't an easy journey to get there.
