I ordered a gift for my colleague and couldn't wait for it to arrive. But, goodness me, it was a real rollercoaster of emotions with all those emails from Royal Mail about delivering, but then not actually delivering. Royal Mail really needs to sort themselves out! Anyway, when the gift finally arrived, my colleague was over the moon, so that's all that really counts. The communication with the shop was great though, so that's a bonus!

I recently got a personalised necklace and a pair of earrings as a gift from Bloom Boutique, and I was really disappointed with the quality. I took good care of them, only wearing them during the day, but after a few days, the earrings became uncomfortable to wear. They were stiff and hurt my ears when I tried to put them on. The necklace didn't hold up well either, as the letters started to fade after just a few wears. I feel like I wasted my money on these items and would not recommend anyone to buy jewelry from there. The customer service was also unhelpful and dismissive when I mentioned my concerns. In general, I would suggest others to avoid this shop and look for better quality products elsewhere.

I got a charm necklace from this shop and it was alright at the beginning, but one of the stones fell out. They did send me a replacement, but now both necklaces are all gross and rusty. The customer service was good and friendly, but the products on the website don't match up to what they actually are.

I was really disappointed with the bracelet and necklace I bought from this boutique. Even though they were supposed to be 'sterling silver', the necklace lost its colour after just a few times wearing it, and the bracelet broke after only one use. When I contacted their customer service team to complain, they said it was just normal wear and tear and couldn't help me. I paid nearly £70 for these items and expected much better quality and service. I don't recommend buying from this shop in the future.
Mother's Day gift ordered
I bought a gift for Mother's Day from an online shop, wanting to give my mum a lovely surprise. I even paid extra for postage to make sure it arrived on time. However, I got an email almost a day later, telling me they couldn't fulfil my order. To make matters worse, they said I wouldn't get a refund for another week! I was really let down and annoyed with the whole situation. I won't be shopping on that site again and I'd suggest others to avoid it too.
Custom engraved necklace purchase
I recently bought a necklace from your store with a custom engraving to celebrate the birth of my baby girl. Unfortunately, after wearing it for less than a month, the engraving has completely disappeared, which has left me feeling really let down. Not only that, but the necklace has turned my neck green and the colour has faded a lot. I paid a decent amount for it, so I was expecting much better quality and durability. I'm currently reaching out to your customer service team for a refund because the product I received didn't meet the standards I had hoped for. Overall, it's been a very disappointing experience with the quality of the item.
