I needed new bulbs for the kitchen and grabbed these online. The bulbs themselves came quickly and were packed well. Trouble was I assumed the fittings were included — my bad, but the listing wasn't clear. I phoned and spoke to a very polite person who couldn't supply fittings but sent a returns label straight away. I sent the bulbs back and got a refund within a couple of days. Not perfect, but handled properly.
