Don't trust the wheel — it's misleading. I say that because I tried it myself after a mate sent the link. I spun the 'spin to win' over a hundred times. Never hit the top prize. The £50 code showed once but failed at checkout. Everything else was small discounts, or nothing. I checked for a working £100 code and couldn't find one. The shop itself is fine and orders arrive, so it's not all rubbish. But the promotion feels engineered to look generous while mostly giving tiny saves. It's annoying, to be honest.
Dodgy hinge, decent fridge
photos, model numbers, proof of purchase, over and over, and all replies felt automated (because they were). After a couple of weeks of waiting they said the return was "awaiting approval" and that engineers would need to be involved before anything happens. I asked for a phone call, a human, anything helpful, but mostly got boilerplate answers. In the end they did log it and arranged a replacement, so I'm relieved it's been sorted — and the fridge itself is quiet and the shelves are fine — but the whole service side was a real faff.
