Been using this most nights now — feels like a soft hush. I don't get that panicky buzz anymore and actually sleep properly. I pop it next to my bed, repeat, and wonder if they'll do lavender, mint or citrus blends soon.
Oddly helpful pick-me-up
I was a bit wary buying another 'mood' thing after a rubbish herbal spray, but needed something for long train commutes and a gloomy week. These nasal sticks actually lift me — gentle flavours, not too fake. Took a couple uses before I relaxed. Not perfect, but satisfied.
