AC unit fix
I had to get my air conditioning unit fixed and the folks here were really great to work with. They told me in advance when they would be coming and even gave me a heads up 15 minutes before arriving. The technician, let's just say his name was Bob, was fantastic. He was really friendly and fixed the AC unit very quickly. I had a few questions and he answered them all. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends, they're really good.
Boiler service and filter cleaning
The engineer who came to service my boiler and clean the filter was really good. He turned up on time, looking smart and professional. He knew his stuff and did a great job, making sure my boiler was working perfectly. He also fixed a mistake from the last person who installed it, showing he pays attention to the little things. Once he finished, he tidied up everything, leaving my home spotless. I'm really pleased with the service he gave.

I just wanted to share how pleased I was with the boiler repair service I got. The engineer, Wing Lee, was great. He turned up on time, knew his stuff, and got the job done quickly. He actually arrived earlier than I thought, explained the problem clearly, and fixed it straight away. My home finally has hot water and heating again after 6 weeks without it. I really appreciate his skills and how professional he was.

Today, a guy named Sean came over to replace my heat link. He arrived early, did the job quickly, and didn't bother me at all. He made sure everything was working properly before he left.
Nest Heatlink Replacement
My Nest Heatlink gave up on me, so I had to sort out getting it fixed. I managed to book an appointment in no time, and then Wayne showed up. He was really friendly and sorted out the Heatlink without any issues. He even took the time to explain how it works with the thermostat. All sorted without any hassle, so I'd definitely recommend this service to anyone in a similar situation.
Annual Boiler Service
I recently had my annual boiler service done by them, and I have to say, I was really impressed with their service. The engineer sent me a text to inform me that he was en route, arrived promptly, and was very friendly and professional the whole time. He did a thorough service and finished the job in just an hour. I am very pleased with the standard of their work and I would definitely recommend them.

But for my other friends if any issue in your home boiler and asking Boxt..Must clear your concern of problem of existing boiler ,also how it cost . Machine is with fantastic warranty coverage.New boiler installation
Oh my goodness, I'm so happy with the new boiler I got from this place! It really was the best decision I could've made. Ben, the guy who sold it to me, was incredibly friendly. The delivery person was really fast, and the engineer, Alexander, did an amazing job installing it. And can you believe it? It was way cheaper than British Gas! Boxt, you guys are amazing!
Nest thermostat replacement
I had a really good experience with the service provided by the technician, Alex. He replaced my Nest thermostat quickly and professionally. Alex not only made sure everything was working properly but also took the time to explain some useful features I didn't know about, even though I'd been using the Nest for a while. I was really happy with the whole process.

I thought booking my yearly service appointment was really easy and convenient. Vincent was so nice and kept me informed during the entire service. He managed to fit around my schedule so I didn't have to take time off work. Vincent did the service quickly and made me feel reassured that my car was in great shape.

I've just renewed my service plan with the company and I have to say, they really are amazing with their service. The installation at first was a bit tricky, but they dealt with it like pros.
