British-designed sofa purchase
I was so excited about my new British-designed sofa, but it turned out to be a big letdown. It was made in China, not in the UK like I thought. This caused a lot of delays in getting it delivered, which was really frustrating. Plus, I later found out that I could have saved loads of money if I had bought it from a different website. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone who wants honesty and real British craftsmanship in their furniture.
I bought a sofa from this place
Yeah, so, I bought this sofa from this store that's kind of similar to another company called 'designersofas4U'. They've got different styles like Chesterfield Sofas and Winchester Leather, but they basically sell the same stuff for different prices. Some of them make you pay for delivery, but others give you free delivery. And the delivery times are all over the shop - some say it'll be 3 weeks, while others say it'll take 2 months or even longer for the same item. It feels like they're keeping something from us customers!
Custom chair order
I am so irritated with this company, it's been such a letdown! I ordered a custom chair, thinking it would come in a reasonable time frame. But after waiting 6 weeks, they sent me the wrong chair. Their customer service was awful, no clear communication or any effort to fix the problem quickly. Now I have to get my credit card company involved to get my money back because I can't wait another 6 weeks for the right chair to show up.
Delayed response and lack of international shipping
I got in touch with this company to get a quote for sending a particular item to Belgium. Unfortunately, their response time was really slow, taking over three weeks and several attempts. Finally, they informed me that they don't actually ship to Belgium. It's surprising how they seem to have a poor understanding of customer service and international shipping.
