Overall I'm satisfied, though they're not flawless — and that's okay. I started buying these about two years ago when I needed something for long shifts in a busy restaurant; first pair felt light and comfy straight away. They're durable, easy to wipe clean and surprisingly smart (people remark on them). Only gripe is the price feels a touch high and ordering could be slicker, but delivery is dependable.
Road-tested shoes
Took a pair away on a week in Portugal; the shoes were comfortable on uneven pavements and didn’t fall apart. Delivery was quick and the parcel arrived intact (neat packaging). I emailed once about sizing and got a sensible reply, nothing flashy. Price is fair rather than cheap — fine if you want something that lasts.
Drizzly Saturday find
Opened the box on a drizzly Saturday morning — neat packaging, shoes in protective bags and a tidy box. Started wearing them the same day; first walk round the block was comfy and they look smarter than I expected. Delivery was quick and customer service replied promptly when I asked about size. Not flawless — one heel felt slightly stiff at first — but overall great value and usable.

Smart outside, sad inside
I fancied the smart dress trainers and they looked great for months — I even wore them to a mate's wedding. Then after about six months the inner lining split and they suddenly felt like cardboard inside. Gutted, but to be fair customer service was sort of helpful and offered a refund. Wish they'd used tougher materials though, really.
