Return for refund
I sent back an order for a refund to the company on the 21st of December 2020. It's been a fair while now and I still haven't got my money back. I've tried emailing and calling them a few times, but haven't got any reply. It's really annoying to be ignored after sending their stuff back and not getting my refund. Hopefully, this review will push them to sort out my issue at last.
Bracelet
Bracelet was broken when i received it. Informed company and returned item via Post Office. (Have receipt of posting).
Was informed by Kate that the bracelet would be replaced and that she would get it sent that day, this was 2 weeks ago....
STILL NO BRACELT OR REFUND.
