Replacement Earring Set
I recently had a great experience with the customer service team after buying a new set of earrings from your store. Unfortunately, one of the earring backs wasn't working properly, and I lost an earring while travelling from the airport. I was feeling upset about it, so I decided to email the customer service team, not really expecting much. But to my surprise, they got back to me quickly and sent me a replacement without any trouble. I am really happy with my new earring, and I have to say the team was so professional and efficient. It's nice to see companies that truly care about their customers' satisfaction. The jewellery itself is also really good quality, which I love. Thank you for the amazing customer service!
Costume jewellery
I must say, the costume jewellery I bought was top-notch in quality and definitely worth the price. Every time I've ordered from them, my items have arrived quickly without any fuss. The presentation boxes are really cute, making them ideal for giving as gifts. I suggest checking out the online care instructions to make sure you can enjoy wearing your jewellery for as long as possible. Remember, it's best not to wear costume jewellery all day, every day. Just give it a wipe with a soft cloth after wearing and store it in its original box to keep it looking fabulous for years to come.
Necklace purchase
I was really looking forward to getting this necklace I ordered online, but it took forever to arrive because it got lost in the post around Christmas! Thankfully, this lady called Kate sorted everything out for me. She sent me a replacement necklace so fast with tracked delivery and even refunded the original postage cost. It was really kind of her! The necklace is actually really lovely and sparkly. Thanks a lot, Kate!
cute earrings
I got these really cute earrings that I ordered in the afternoon and they arrived the very next day! I was really impressed with how quickly they came, I couldn't believe it! The earrings looked even better in person than they did online, and they were packaged really nicely as well. I'll definitely be ordering from here again, they're so fast and the products are just amazing!
Ring that lost its shine in a month
I purchased a ring that was supposed to have this special coating, but it lost its shine after only a month! I tried reaching out to them via email to return it, but they never got back to me. I won't be buying from them again!
Non-delivered items
I bought a few things from the website on the 20th of November, but they still haven't shown up. I've tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times - I've sent emails, tried calling, and used their "contact us" online service, but I haven't heard anything back. The money was taken from my account three days after I placed the order, which has left me with less money and feeling really annoyed about the lack of communication. I'd definitely recommend avoiding this company if you care about getting good customer service and getting your purchases on time.
Crystal necklace purchase
The crystal necklace I bought from this company is absolutely beautiful. The quality of the product was even better than I expected, and it looks even more stunning in real life than it did on the website. The packaging was lovely too, giving the whole experience an extra touch of elegance. I am thrilled with my purchase and couldn't be happier.
Awesome jewellery
I really love all the amazing bracelets and necklaces from this place. They're so pretty and shiny! I've bought loads for my friends and family. And the best part is they're doing this great deal where you can get 3 bracelets for the price of 2! It's such an awesome deal!

My earrings turned up in a right state, all busted up. Proper gutted, I was. Got in touch with customer service straight away, and to my surprise, they got back to me real quick with a personal message and fixed the problem proper quick. Top-notch service, that is! Hats off to them!

I recently bought a really lovely earrings and necklace set from this company and honestly, I am so happy with my purchase. The quality of the jewelry is amazing and the design is just stunning. I always get lots of compliments whenever I wear them.
Ring purchase
I bought a ring for my mate that was really shiny and nice. But a few months later, it lost all its sparkle. I tried getting in touch with them about it, but they just ignored me, even after I showed them evidence. They said it's just 'costume jewellery', but I say it's rubbish. I wouldn't advise anyone to get it.
Broken bracelet
My bracelet arrived broken, which was a bit of a let-down really. I followed the instructions to send it back at the Post Office and made sure to get a receipt as proof. I got in touch with customer service a few times to check on my bracelet, but it wasn't until Kate got back to me on the 4th of June 2021 that I felt more reassured that it would be sorted out. Still waiting for a new bracelet or my money back though. All in all, not the best experience.
Sparkly earrings
Well, I thought I'd try my luck and buy a pair of sparkly earrings from this company, thinking they'd be a nice new addition to my collection. Turns out, it was a total disaster. Ordering was easy and I was excited to get my hands on them, but after that, total radio silence. I sent emails, tried to ring them, but nothing. They took my cash and left me with zilch. It's so annoying to be treated like that. Don't give them your business, trust me!
Faulty necklace
I purchased a necklace from this company, but it arrived broken so I had to return it. I completed the return form and dispatched it on January 19th. Since then, I haven't received any updates. I've reached out via email, Facebook, Twitter, Messenger, and phone calls, but no one has replied. I just really want them to resolve this issue now!
Bracelet purchased at airport
I bought a bracelet at the airport in Croatia and unfortunately, it had a fault when I got home. I tried to get in touch with the company using the phone number they had on their website, but I just couldn't get through to them. I also sent them an email, but they completely ignored it. It's obvious that this company doesn't care about their customers at all. It's really disappointing to see a company that just takes your money and has no way of dealing with any issues customers might have. The bad reviews they have online just show how little they care about making their customers happy. I wish I had checked out their reputation before buying anything from them.
Hoops
I was really disappointed with the hoops I bought from this brand. When they arrived, I could tell straight away that the quality was not up to scratch. They felt flimsy and cheap, definitely not worth the money I spent on them. The backs were too loose, which meant the earrings kept slipping off all day. It was really annoying and I was worried about losing them. I've been trying to contact their customer service for the last 6 weeks through their website and social media, but haven't heard anything back. I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone looking for good jewellery. It's better to save your money and head to a high street shop instead.
Tarnished rings in less than two weeks
I bought these two rings while I was on holiday in Aruba and I was really looking forward to wearing them. But, after not even two weeks of having them on, they got horribly tarnished when I was washing my hands in a public restroom. The tarnishing was so bad that I couldn't wear the rings anymore. I was really let down by the quality of the rings, especially because of how quickly they tarnished.
Order not received
I ordered something from this company, thinking it would come in 3-5 working days. It's been over a week now and still no sign of it. I've tried getting in touch with customer service online and by phone, but no luck. It's really annoying when a company takes your money and then doesn't follow through on what they said they would do.
Express delivery order
I ordered this thing and paid extra for fast delivery on the 10th of February. It's the 14th now and I still haven't got it! I tried to get in touch with them through their online form, but I haven't heard back. This is really disappointing and just not on.
