She didn't just tell me about the situation, she also offered me a different model for the same price and made sure it was delivered to me quickly so I wouldn't have to wait too long. The washing machine turned up on time, within the two-hour delivery window, which was a real bonus. All in all, I was really impressed with how well the team at Buy Wise Appliances communicated and how efficiently they handled everything.

I recently bought something from this shop after doing a lot of research, including checking out Which? I thought their website was great and really easy to use. Even though there was a small delay in the delivery date, they let me know the next day after I placed my order that the item had to be ordered and would arrive as originally planned, 7 days later. They kept me in the loop about the delivery progress and even gave me a specific time slot for when it would arrive, which actually happened right on time.

I was so let down by the terrible service I got from Buy Wise Appliances. I bought something and was told it would be delivered the next Tuesday, but then they changed it to the week after. Then, I got an email saying it would arrive the day after, but no one turned up. I emailed them lots but got no reply. I won't be using Buy Wise Appliances again - there must be better companies out there.
