I nearly bailed before buying, worried support would be slow. In practice it's been steady — the adviser, Sarah, talked me through the fix, patient and clear, and sorted the annoying sync issue while I was making a cup of tea. I use this at work every day; pleasantly surprised it held up, actually.
Nice set, small hiccup
Got a kettle and toaster delivered; the toaster arrived dented which was a bit annoying, but customer service sorted it quickly and sent a proper replacement. Delivery was okay — a tad slower than some other shops I’ve used, but they handled the problem well. Looks smart on the worktop and does the job.
Not flashy, just brilliant
