Halfway through unpacking after a move and nursing a dodgy back, I needed these plants to brighten the place without fuss. I ordered thinking two-day delivery; they turned up nearly two weeks later. I sent a few emails, posted once, chased twice — mostly auto-replies and no phone option, which was annoying. The plants looked a bit sad on arrival but, to my surprise, replacements and a partial refund were organised after a final follow-up. Not ideal, and communication needs work, but I’m relieved it was resolved in the end.
Rose arrived, just not on the day
I spotted them on Instagram after a friend tipped me, so I ordered a rose for Mother's Day. It never turned up on time — tracking made it look like it went missing in transit. There's no phone number so I had to email, and it was over a week before they replied. The plant finally made it to my mum about ten days after shipping and she's planted it now, but honestly I don't expect it to thrive. Nobody offered a replacement or even seemed that bothered it missed Mother's Day. Bit of a poor experience, I'm a bit disappointed.
Left waiting but plants were good
I ordered plants when we moved house and needed them to sort the patio, so I was annoyed the delivery stalled. They asked me for feedback before anything had arrived, and when I raised it they told me to check the courier app. I’d been checking for days; it kept saying 'expected' until it suddenly showed out for delivery six days later. The email back-and-forth achieved nothing and felt like they weren't bothered, which is disappointing. Oddly, when the plants did turn up they were healthy and well packed — that was a nice surprise.
Took ages but it works
Halfway through the wait the parcel finally showed up, which was a surprise after all the back-and-forth. Ordered it, saw no tracking updates for days, then was told it was “lost” and a replacement was on its way — which didn’t happen straight away. When I did get it, it felt solid rather than cheap, a bit heavier than I expected and the buttons are firm, not slick. Used it for a few days and it does what it says, nothing flashy but reliable so far. Communication from the seller was poor and slow, which annoyed me, but I’m actually glad it ended up okay. If you want peace of mind though, I’d be cautious before ordering.
Let down on Mother's Day
poor communication, misleading advertising. If you're buying for a specific date, don't rely on them; maybe phone first or use a local florist. I wanted to like them, but this was frustrating.
