Return Collected next day.
No sign of Replacement 4 working days after call, so I rang them up to be told that the replacement will not be sent until the returned watch is processed, Which is showing as being due in today. They never informed me of this, so it is likely that my replacement arrive a week after notifying them of a fault on delivery, not good customer service in my book.
If it is faulty on delivery (and I provided photographic proof) they should despatch a replacement straight way (their website is showing it is in stock.) Especially with the way things are going with lockdown and delivery times

I have bought several watches from this site. Great quality, both in the packaging and the item itself. In that I could not tell the difference between what I received and what I imagined a brand new item would look like. The company is faultless - however they use Parcelforce for delivery which has caused me issues multiple times. They say they will deliver at a certain time so you wait in for your watch and they don't turn up. This causes frustration and a wasted day. I suggest ringing them immediately after the 1hr slot if there is no delivery and you might still get it that day, though hours later. Parcelforce are poor... Not Casio.

In my case everything was pristine - packaging - box, sleeve etc was pristine and same with the watch - I would not know the difference between my purchase and one I had bought in a high street store.

Very pleased - would highly recommend.

Well undoubtedly CASIO selling B grade watches.
Beauty is they have all type of watches classics to analog.
I had on classic watch from this store delivered little late to me but it is very difficult to difference between new and received one.
Warranty is good as with new,so no issue.
Quality as I aspect after selection on site,rather it was better .

G SHOCK GST-210B-4AER watch
NEGATIVE - Totally disgusted - purchased this watch for my son's 21st and when he opened it at his party it wasn't working. Contacted customer services who advised me to send it back and they'd replace it which I did. I heard nothing then emailed asking where the watch was. I got an email back stating they'd thought they had already told me it was out of stock and they'd have to refund me - refund in about 10 days!! Total let down and have to wait to get my money back. He really wanted this watch and now he won't have it for another month probably. What a joke.
