Found myself unpacking it on a wet Tuesday, not ideal but anyway. Ordered a week earlier, courier bungled the depot so it arrived late. The seller phoned straight away and refunded the delivery cost, which was fair. The item itself feels solid and does the job — started using it same day, pleasantly practical.
Bit of a mixed bag
I actually came across Ceiling Tiles UK after a mate sent me a link, and at first I was a bit annoyed — I got a Trustpilot request to review before the stuff had even shipped, which felt odd and a little sloppy. That said, Lisa called the next day, explained the timings and then kept me updated by email with a new delivery date. The surprising bit was she rang just before the driver arrived to make sure I was in, which you don’t always get these days. So yeah, ordering process could be sharper, but the personal service more than made up for it. Would use them again, just expect the odd automated prompt.
