Rattan & Polywood Corner Lounge set
The customer service was amazing, they really went the extra mile to make sure my order arrived on time. The team was so helpful and quick to sort out any problems I had. I got myself the Rattan & Polywood Corner Lounge set not long ago and I'm thrilled with it. It's ideal for throwing parties, like the one I'm planning for my parents' 70th birthday. I'm looking forward to using it this weekend, fingers crossed for good weather. All in all, my time with the company has been brilliant and I appreciate their top-notch service. Thanks a lot.
Boot rack purchase
I'd been keeping an eye on a boot rack for a while, and when I finally came across one that I really liked, I was over the moon. At first, I was a bit disappointed to see it was out of stock, but the customer service team kindly said they'd let me know when it was back in. When I got the email saying it was available again, I didn't hesitate to place my order. The delivery came quickly, and the boot rack turned out to be even better than I had hoped. Large garden mirror
I bought a big garden mirror from this place last year and it's still looking really good. It was a brilliant addition to my garden, so I thought I'd get another one this year. But when it turned up, it was cracked, probably because of how it was handled during delivery. I got in touch with the company and sent them a photo of the damage. They were really quick to sort everything out and sent me a new mirror. Now I've got a replacement mirror and I'm really pleased with how it all turned out.
Egg chair purchase
The ordering process was dead straightforward and a piece of cake. I was chuffed with how easy it was to find my way around the website and stick in my order. Even though the delivery took a tad longer than I thought, the driver was dead polite and proper, which made the whole thing a breeze. We haven't got round to putting together our egg chair yet because we're in the middle of sprucing up our garden, but from what I've peeked at so far, I reckon we're gonna be well chuffed with it.
Garden sofa set
I bought this really nice garden sofa set and it looks amazing in my garden! It's really comfy to sit on and gives my garden a fancy feel. The delivery person made a mistake and damaged the corner of the package, but luckily the sofa was fine. They should definitely have 2 people delivering these large, heavy items!

I was looking on B&Q to get a cement mixer and saw that they were getting it from different companies with different delivery dates. I did some searching online and found this company. I was surprised to see that I saved £25 compared to B&Q's price. I was really happy with the product and the service they offered.

Extra Large Round Cantilever Parasol
I bought a really big round cantilever parasol from this company, and I must say I'm quite disappointed with the quality. I had a parasol from the same brand before that lasted for years, but the new one I got has a much lower quality canopy. It's already looking worn-out after hardly any use and being covered most of the time. I definitely won't be getting another one.
Pretty bin
It was so simple to order the bin online and it arrived really quickly. It was packaged up nicely and looked lovely when I unwrapped it. The bin is really good quality and the perfect size for my room. I attempted to use a discount code for 10% off but it didn't go through, so I'm giving it 4 stars.

Barbeque purchase for urgent event
I was a bit miffed at first when my order took longer to process than expected, especially after paying extra for faster delivery that didn't actually turn up promptly. But I must say, the company really stepped up - they admitted their mistake, gave me a refund on the delivery charge, and even said sorry for the hassle. The barbeque itself is pretty good, even though there were a few minor dents in the frame. Putting it together was a bit of a faff, but once it was all set up, it looked great and cooked the food perfectly. All in all, I'm happy with the product.
Aluminium garden lounger
I recently bought a garden lounger that was originally out of stock, but luckily I managed to get one after waiting a bit. What I didn't realise is that it was a self-assembly job. It turned out that I needed someone else to help me because certain parts had to be held in place while we screwed them in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't very clear, especially about where to put the washers and screws. To make matters worse, there weren't enough screws in the pack, so I had to wait for some more to arrive. Even when I got the new screws, the covers didn't all fit which was really annoying. Despite all these issues, I have to admit the lounger does now look really good. The seat pad is high quality - a lovely colour and just the right thickness to make it really comfortable to lie on.
