Alternative Jersey 19-20 17 April 2020

Would rate it 1 but the website won’t let me! I never leave reviews, but my experience with the Chelsea online megastore has by far been the worst customer experience I have ever had. I ordered a jersey from the store in early March. I then received an email from Chelsea megastore saying that my order had been shipped on March 11th. However, it has now been almost 45 days and I still have not received my parcel. I followed up with the customer service via email and I continuously received the same copy and paste response from the team in which they fail to address my questions. On their website and even when you check out they say to wait 4-5 business days for an order to be received but after purchasing and not receiving your order, they tell you to wait 20 business days before reaching out to them. Moreover, every attempt I have made to ask for a refund has been ignored. Even ASOS provides better shipping service and I’m honestly disgusted that as a Chelsea fan this is the type of treatment we have after spending so much to support the club.
