Advent calendar purchase
I recently bought an Advent calendar from Clear Crystal for my partner as a Christmas present. At first, there was a little mix-up with the charges, but Clear Crystal quickly sorted it out and refunded me when I pointed it out to them. The product was sent to me in the UK, but unfortunately, the first package didn't show up after a week. Nevertheless, Clear Crystal were quick to send out another one, so I managed to give it to my partner just in time for December 1st. She really loved the calendar and proudly wore the bracelet that came with it. All in all, I was really happy with both the product and the customer service I received when dealing with the delivery problems.

I bought this Christmas crackers deal where you get a calendar and some free gifts. Gotta say, I was really disappointed. The calendar and crackers were fine, but the free gifts? Absolute rubbish! The watch looks like a prize from a fairground, and the bangle and necklaces are low quality. They claimed it was worth over £100, what a joke!
