I ordered this dress that was meant to be really nice, but when it arrived, it was all floppy and didn't fit properly at all. I was so disappointed because it didn't look like it did in the pictures online. Plus, it was way too expensive for how poor quality it was!
Orange floral print dress, size 10, versatile, long
I absolutely loved the orange floral print dress I bought! It fitted my size 10 frame perfectly. The mix of bright pink and orange was just gorgeous, and I could either dress it up with heels or go more casual with trainers. I wore it to a whole day event and was happy that it didn't wrinkle easily, especially after I ironed it with some spray starch. The only problem I had was that it was a bit too long on me, almost like a maxi dress, because I'm only 5'3" tall.
Sizing and Quality Concerns
I wasn't too happy with the product I bought. It didn't meet my expectations at all. The sizing was all wrong, and I was unimpressed with the quality of the material. I reckon the product wasn't as described on the website.
Wrinkled dresses
The dresses I ordered were stunning, as usual. However, I was a bit gutted to see that they arrived all crumpled up. They're a bit pricey, so I was hoping for better. In the past, my orders from you have always been spot on when it comes to packaging. I'm hoping this wrinkled mishap was just a one-off. It looks like maybe the dresses had been returned by someone else and not sorted properly before being shipped out to me.
Beautiful orange & Pink dress
I recently bought this gorgeous dress in lovely bright orange and pink colours from this shop. The fit of the dress is really perfect, and the fabric feels like really good quality. I'm so happy with my purchase, it's going to be just right for the wedding I've got coming up.
Dress purchase for sister's wedding
The dress I bought from this store for my sister's wedding was absolutely fantastic. It came quickly and was packaged nicely, which showed the company pays attention to detail in their deliveries. The quality of the dress was amazing, with a beautiful vibrant colour that really stood out. When I wore it to the wedding, I got lots of compliments, especially about the tailoring and how nicely it flowed as I moved. The dress was really comfortable and made me feel confident all day. I was happy that the store offered the dress in larger sizes, so I could find the perfect fit. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my purchase and want to thank the store for their great product.
Skirt and top
I've just bought a skirt and top from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good they are. The material is great and they fit me perfectly. Although, I did have to send one item back because it was too big for me. But the whole return process was really easy and I was happy with how the company kept me updated about my refund. All in all, I'm pretty pleased with how my shopping went.
3 dresses for a wedding
I bought three dresses for my friend's wedding and oh my goodness, they were all absolutely beautiful! They arrived really quickly and when I tried them on, I just couldn't choose which one to wear because they all looked stunning. The quality was amazing and they fitted me like a glove. I felt like a princess when I was trying them on!
Why everything good except customer service?
It was my first time to do online shopping at Closet London, I have done my homework: checked their product reviews, checked their products, read their return policy, understand they don't offer exchanges, the international customers must return at their own cost. The website is user friendly, check out was quick, I brought 7 sale items, over $150 for free delivery. I received them within 7 days, shipped from London to Australia. I was so excited, immediately tried them on, happy with the quality, design, cutting, price and the good thing is they are made in London!
It was ONLY one top that was too small & very tight that I had to return so that I could buy a ... size for the same item. I followed the instructions, uploaded photos of evidence, and told them the reason to return.
Next day, a short email told me three reasons to reject my request:
1. Items must be returned within 28 days from the day you receive the parcel.
2. Items must be unworn as new with all original Closet London tags attached.
3. If an item has been washed or altered in any way, this cannot be returned.
I have no clue! I replied to them immediately, told them I just following the instructions, emailed them right away the day I received the products, the top is unworn with original tags and unwashed. So what's going on?
The next email she replied "our online returns system is ONLY for UK customers, this is the reason your return has been rejected. International customers have to return their items at their own cost."
I was VERY disappointed with the customer service, please don't offer return if you are upset and don't even listen.Dress for Wedding
Unique prints and great fit, delivery was on time and wore the dress at a wedding. Received loads of compliments and people thought it was a lot more expensive than what I paid for. Would definitely buy from Closet London again.

So, I am buying dresses from closet since don't know when what I love about this site that I can order my dress today and it will be delivered at my doorstep tomorrow. there is no hassle or problem during booking dresses, I just have to choose my order and fill other details and my work is done. simple and easy! best for me and best for everyone who is looking for something where they can get designs and brand collection.
