I bought some new shoes, but when I tried them on at home, they just didn't look right. I wanted to return them but the shop said I could only exchange them or get a credit note. It's really unfair because their website says you can get a full refund. No one told me that I couldn't get my money back if I changed my mind. I believe customers should have the option to return items and receive a refund within 14 days. It's not right that they only offer credit notes for full price items. I won't be shopping there again. They should provide better training for their staff so customers are aware of the policies. It seems like they just want to keep your money.
