I had a problem with my order recently, so I got in touch with customer service for help. I was really happy with how quickly and efficiently they sorted out my issue. The person I spoke to knew what they were doing and was very professional, making everything easy for me. I thought the customer service was great and because of this fantastic experience, I will definitely be shopping with them again.
Loose summer clothes in my size and colours
I came across some really lovely loose summer clothes in my size and the exact colours I was after. They were also really reasonably priced! I'm excited to get them delivered and try them on to see how they fit and look.
Jacket purchase
I bought a jacket not long ago and honestly, the quality was just awful. I was so let down by it and wanted to send it back right away. But the customer service was shockingly bad. They were no help at all and it took forever for me to get my money back. It was such a hassle and really not a nice experience. I wouldn't advise anyone to shop there.

Misleading product description
The clothes I ordered turned out to be cheap and itchy, made from plastic material that doesn't match the sizes or quality advertised. The stitching is poor and nothing like what was shown in the pictures. Customer service is nowhere to be found, I haven't heard back about my return and refund request. Don't fall for the low prices, it's just a waste of money and time. Avoid this at all costs.

The belt I bought is absolutely amazing! It looks really stylish and is such good quality. I was so excited when it arrived because it was exactly what I was looking for. Also, the delivery was really quick and the packaging was nice as well. I can't wait to wear it with all my outfits!
