I thought they were being dishonest and unprofessional. Trying to be polite to avoid the problem just made me more annoyed. I was grateful for their quick replies to my emails, but that didn't make up for them not giving me a full refund like their policy says. In the end, I just felt frustrated and unhappy with the service I got.

Program-oriented system, Computer-generated replies
As a customer, I felt like the system was too focused on a program, which made it really frustrating for me to find my way around and communicate properly. The replies from the computer were not personal at all, and didn't really help me. It felt like nobody was actually listening to my concerns. It seems like your system is missing that human element, and I think it would be a good idea to simplify things and make it friendlier for customers.

It's incredibly frustrating and it seems like they're just stalling to avoid refunding me. I'm convinced they're not genuine and it's getting on my nerves. Despite sending multiple emails, they're not making any progress and it feels like they're just dodging the issue. But I'm not giving in just yet - I'm determined to get my money back, no matter what it takes!
T-shirt and trousers purchase
When I ordered a t-shirt and trousers from this company, I was really let down by the quality. The t-shirt was supposed to be camo-red with a decal on the breast pocket, but what came was a white polyester shirt with a low-quality print. The pocket looked clearly fake and not like the one in the pictures. The trousers were just as bad, with seams that looked rushed and fabric that was thin as paper. They definitely weren't as durable as they claimed. On top of that, it took a whopping 5 weeks for the delivery to arrive all the way from China. When I tried to get in touch with the company about my issues, they were nowhere to be found. Luckily, Paypal stepped in and managed to get my money back as they recognised it as a dodgy transaction.
