the face was scratched and the power cable was sticking through the front, which felt careless and a bit unsafe. I kept sending photos, then sent the actual sign back when I got fed up. It's mid-February now and still no refund, though I'm relieved it wasn't worse. Bit disappointed overall.
Late relief after a dud sign
I'd ordered quite a lot from them for a few companies and at first it seemed okay — quotes were quick and everything looked straightforward. Then a sign arrived dead and I spent ages emailing, even got a local neon mate to check it. They were slow to answer and kept deflecting. In the end another firm replaced it, and when the new sign finally glowed I felt proper relieved — that was the moment I knew it was sorted. Frustrating, but glad it worked out.
Almost a disaster, but saved
Honestly, it ended up fine — which genuinely surprised me. I paid up front for guaranteed delivery a week before a big business event, and I was pretty sure it was going to fall apart after endless delays and about 15 follow-ups. Staff kept promising 'by Friday' (Adam was especially chatty), then pushed the date, and I was bracing for disaster. Then, last minute, they actually pulled it together and the sign arrived in time. Still sketchy service and stressful, but the final result saved my event, so overall I'm relieved. Probably.
Not perfect, but handled brilliantly
I was halfway through my morning coffee when I realised I hadn’t heard anything about the sign delivery — and for a moment I thought, oh no, here we go again. Turns out it wasn’t the disaster I’d feared. There was a hiccup with the lighting on their side and the delivery missed the original date, but once I contacted them they were actually really responsive and got things back on track. They didn’t pretend nothing had happened; someone picked up the phone, apologised and explained what went wrong, which I appreciated — simple, human, and honest.
Left sceptical, got there
open wiring, bits not following the instructions I gave. They kept saying I had approved the design, which felt like blame-shifting rather than fixing it. They wouldn't refund, so I ended up paying a sparky to sort the wiring and get it safe; that wasn't great. Having said that, once it was sorted it actually looks smart and works fine, so I'm not completely furious. If you're ordering, be very clear, chase them, and consider having a local electrician lined up — saves you a headache. Honestly, a disappointing process but a usable end result.
