I was a bit iffy before ordering — had a rubbish experience elsewhere — but they were quick to reply, calmed my worries and fixed a small detail without faff. The award arrived looking lovely and exactly as I wanted. Proper smooth service, I'd tell a mate to use them.
Mostly usable, with a flaw
Spotted this in a friend's flat after they recommended it. Feels solid, nice weight and the glaze is smooth, but two air bubbles sit dead centre at the front — obvious. I was sceptical, thought they'd refuse an exchange, but after a week living with it I admit it blends in and even gives it a bit of character. Still pricey, though.
