June, then early July, then end of July, then "2 to 10 days" — which became a bit of a joke between us because it never meant anything. Customer service seemed to be passing on the same tired lines from management, so you end up talking to people who honestly sound as frustrated as you are. Why have a helpline if the answer is always "that's what management told us"? It feels like money is taken long before anyone actually dispatches anything. Strangely, a separate order I placed arrived in about a month, which just made it more baffling — why the different speeds? On the odd plus side, when a parcel finally turned up later than expected there was a small handwritten note and a sample tucked in, which was unexpectedly sweet and almost made me forgive them — almost. My advice: don't plan this as a gift unless you give yourself a very large buffer, and maybe pay in a way that lets you dispute if needed. Overall, it's the delivery and the inconsistent customer service that spoil it. They need to sort out their logistics and stop blaming suppliers and Covid every season — at some point it's on them.
Not worth the bother
the item exists, they say it's been re‑shipped, but the process is chaotic and slow. I'm slightly optimistic they could sort it if they improved basic customer contact, but right now it's not worth the hassle.
